Custom-Exempt Processing

All domestic slaughter and processing is done by appointment only. Domestic slaughtering only available outside of deer season.

We thoroughly wash all carcasses before cutting and wrapping your cuts to ensure freshness. You are guaranteed your own cuts back. Each animal is tagged with your registration tag number, which is used as the identification number to track your order until you pick it up.

These meats cannot be sold and are only to be used for the owner's consumption. All meats are cut per your instructions. Call our shop to schedule your appointment or for more information.
